This is a recipe that I’ve been making for a while now. It’s not a traditional recipe as I didn’t use pasta, but I do like to make it with my own homemade ricotta and it’s the kind of recipe I can eat it straight from the bowl. I wanted to include this recipe because I love the combination of flavors it gives to a pasta dish.

The only reason I’ve made this dish is because I am an avid vegan, so Ive had a blast making it. Ive made some of the recipes from the recipe, but I think it is best to stick with a mixture of veggie and vegan on hand. Ive had some success making this recipe for myself.
Ive made this kale pesto a few times. I make it usually in bulk and freeze it. Recently Ive had it in the summer and it was amazing. Ive used it to make some of my favorite salad ingredients and it is delicious.
I also make this pesto with red bell pepper, but you can use any of your favorite veggies.

The recipe looks like it has a lot of steps, but Ive thought it was pretty easy to follow. The pesto is very delicious and I like to add a few drops of oil to it.
