I don’t feel as if I’m eating my meatloaf straight from the fridge. I just put it in and then I just leave it in the fridge to come out and eat with other recipes. I think it’s the way I get my protein.
The meatloaf recipe is from TheKitchn.com. The ingredients are: beef, onion, garlic, tomato, and water. It’s very easy to cook. I just sauté the beef in the vegetable oil and onions. Then I blend in the tomato and cook it slowly. Then I add the garlic and water. That’s it. You can use the store-bought ground beef, ground turkey, or ground bison.

For each half a pot of the noodles you’ll need 2 tablespoons of the chicken, 2 tablespoons of the ground meat, and 4-5 tablespoons of a vegetable broth.
