When I am in a bad mood, I know that I am going to have some kind of negative experience about this trip that I can’t avoid. I can just keep my focus on mbv, and try not to think about it because it might send me into a bad mood. One of the ways I control my moods is by focusing on the positive things I want to see in my surroundings, and not being distracted by the negative things that I can’t avoid.
It’s kind of like the difference between playing video games and watching movies. One is a mindless activity, while the other is a form of entertainment. And that, is why we sometimes have a bad day even when we are playing video games. We can get so caught up in our own mind games that we end up ignoring the negative things that are happening in the games.
For instance, I find it interesting that when I am watching movies, I can only watch one movie and then I forget about it. On the other hand, I do like watching movies because the film is so different from the movie. So I do have to watch the movie that I have watched and the movie that I have not watched. I just keep getting more and more bored.
