I recently read the book “The Three Levels of Self-Awareness” by Eric L. Blanchard, MD. I loved the description of the three levels of self-awareness (the first being the “in-your-head” awareness, the second being the “out-of-your-head” awareness, and the third being the “out-of-your-head-and-into-your-head” awareness).
The in-your-head awareness is the lowest level of self-awareness. It’s the most easy to forget. So if you’re like me, and you’ve been on Deathloop for awhile, you’ll probably feel the in-your-head awareness, so be patient and you’ll start to get a feeling of having a good idea about where you are.
The out-of-your-head awareness is the highest level of self-awareness. It is the one where you know you are no longer in your head, and are free to focus on your surroundings. This is the one where you just feel like youare really there. The out-of-your-head awareness is almost like no self-awareness at all.
I love the way you felt when you realized the whole thing is really happening, but it’s just a little off-the-wall thing I had to deal with. It’s so much easier when you are on autopilot than in the end.
It is actually quite a rare thing to see an awareness thing coming into your head that’s not actually there. It is just the way we experience our senses. When you’re on autopilot it is the kind of thing that you feel like you are not even there.
I think the word awareness is one of those words that can refer to many things. The word awareness can also refer to the sense of “what is going on” in a situation, or the feeling of a situation as it is happening.
