Being self-aware is not just about recognizing how you are feeling. It is about recognizing your own actions and how they are affecting your feelings. For example, if you are angry with your mother, then you are not self-aware. If you are in a situation where you are frustrated and angry, then you are self-aware.

You can’t really be self-aware if you are unaware of the fact that you are feeling something.

The problem with being self-aware is that you have to be aware that you are feeling something. This awareness is not automatic. It comes about in many ways. You may have an intense desire to be self-aware and yet you are not aware that you are doing anything that is self-awareness. For example, if you are aware that you are feeling angry, but you do nothing about it, then you are not self-aware.

So what you need to do is figure out what you are feeling and then do something about it. This can be a challenge, but I learned something at a very young age. If you are doing something that you are feeling but you aren’t aware of it, you are not self-aware even though you are certainly aware of it.

The problem with self-awareness is that it can be a lot more complicated. You can’t make a logical case that you are self-aware if you do something that is self-aware. What you can do is make your case as clear as you can, but you also have to figure out what is going on. At the very least, you have to be aware of a situation, and that’s what this has to do with self-awareness.

You might be able to convince yourself that you are self-aware if you have a job that involves a lot of decisions and you have a lot of time to think about them. But even then, you are still going to be aware of your own decision making, and that probably makes you self-aware, even if you are not.

There are many things to consider. As I mentioned earlier, you can be pretty sure that your “self-awareness” is not just your decision making. Even if you are not self-aware. You may be able to make a case for self-awareness. But how do you know if you are self-aware? You want to know more about yourself.
